Other residents have included USAF Colonels, a traditional jazz banjo player, various artist and writers.

The FHA offers guided tours tailored for small groups of 10 to 40 people providing an opportunity to explore the Floating Homes Community and see inside 1 to 4 homes, depending of the size of the group.
