The goals of the legal committee are:
- Monitor the permitting process for Waldo Point Harbor, Kappas and Yellow
Ferry Harbor, including WPH's EIR and Proposed Extension plan.
- Maintain communication with appropriate local, state and federal elected
and appointed officials and their staffs as well as with local, state and
federal agencies.
- Monitor and provide input on leases for Waldo Point Harbor, Kappas and Yellow
Ferry Harbor.
- Monitor and provide input to Richardson Bay Regional Agency (RBRA); attend
RBRA meetings on a regular basis.
