This light and airy 1000 square foot houseboat is located at the entrance to Yellow Ferry Harbor. It has two stories, with a spiral staircase leading to two bedrooms and one bath.

It has a wrap-around deck hovering just above the water, two charming curved upstairs decks, a floating dock and a concrete hull. It was built in 1969 by Forbes Kiddoo for thewell known sculptor Raymond Barger. The present owners have lived in it since October 1999.

As you enter, you can't miss the 1950's diner style kitchen, complete with an operating vintage jukebox. In the upstairs bedroom, there is a period (c. 1958) Philco Predicta TV.

This houseboat was also on the 1998 Floating Homes Tour.
