| This
light and airy 1000 square foot houseboat is located at the entrance
to Yellow Ferry Harbor. It has two stories, with a spiral staircase
leading to two bedrooms and one bath.
It has a wrap-around deck hovering just above the
water, two charming curved upstairs decks, a floating dock and a
concrete hull. It was built in 1969 by Forbes Kiddoo for thewell known
sculptor Raymond Barger. The present owners have lived in it since
October 1999.
As you enter, you can't miss the 1950's diner style
kitchen, complete with an operating vintage jukebox. In the upstairs
bedroom, there is a period (c. 1958) Philco Predicta TV.
This houseboat was
