was built by Ian Moody in 1984; the present owner has had it for three
years. Occupying 1200 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it has
three stories plus a wonderful roof deck.
Architecturally, this boat has a remarkably open
design. It features a wooden staircase, a wood burning stove, and
windows all around with plenty of water and sky to look at.
The owner uses it as the headquarters for her
business, and loves the concept of working at home.
