| This is a
tiny (500 square foot) but charming houseboat with one bedroom and one
bath. It is the cutest little floating pied-a-terre on Kappas East
Pier.
Originally built in 1983, it was purchased in 1999
by its present owner. It has a concrete barge and a small crow's nest
rooftop deck. There is also a cozy fireplace - warm feelings abound in
the Sea Cottage.
