| Designed
by architect Kirk Hillman, this outstanding houseboat was built in
1978. It was purchased by the present owners one year ago. It is a
1764 square foot, three story boat with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It has a concrete barge, a large floating dock and
east-facing open water view deck. The upstairs master suite has its
own roof deck which faces west and overlooks all of Waldo Point
Harbor. The kitchen and bathrooms have just been remodeled.
An owner explains their finding of the boat as
follows: "When we moved from Florida in 1999, we wanted no grass,
no pool and good neighbors...this was karma...we ran into the former
owner, a yacht broker, at the Miami Boat Show...and here we are! We
really feel we were meant to be here. The name comes from the fact
that all our relatives thought we were crazy to move here".
