charming 1400 square foot houseboat was built 28 years ago by Forbes
Kiddo, and the present owners have lived in it since 1991. The boat
has two stories, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a great sauna. There is a
lovely deck with views of Kappas Marina and Mt. Tam, and a large
rooftop deck with a 360 degree view.
The roof deck also features two large carved wooden
heads, visible from the dock, from a 100 year old prayer cart (3
stories high) in southern India near Chennai.
The owners are avid art collectors and have acquired
many treasures from their world travels, particularly in Thailand and
Bali. There are also wonderful pieces from France, Santa Fe and the
local Bay Area in their collection.
They love the feeling that they have just arrived at
a fantastic vacation spot whenever they come home.
